Thoughts are like pictures
A metaphor.
I was writing my daily practice of 4000 words, and I stumbled upon this idea.
Thoughts are like pictures.
You capture a situation through a certain angel, and then you go and say. “Okay. Yeah, that’s a thought.” And the nicer your picture is the less pushing there is. I like that. We have a rhyme there.
Floating around just having fun. And not to try to get the perfect picture. Usually when one pushes himself to get a perfect picture, of the situation, then he goes defensive or aggressive over whether his picture, or view is right.
And if others say, “Listen there is, you missed that thing.” and we have problems. And this is why it’s so fun to talk to other people and see the same situation, something that is happening in the world, through their lenses. It’s just refreshing.
So take as many pictures as you can, and have fun. Talk to people, and see the situation through their lens. You may see pictures, you’ve never imagined.
