Becoming simpleton.

Just simple.

You know, you have all those ideas about yourself, and little mini civil wars over whether or not to eat that ice cream when it’s 11 pm. Are you the person who is fasting. So, he doesn’t eat. But what if it isn’t good for you. What if this fasting isn’t a good idea?

And sometimes, it can get really messy. The ideas, the feelings. What is not or what.

Personally, I think those knotting points are not great. Where you start to think about what you think, and think about what you feel and think about thinking of what you feel. You get the point. Those are knots. They make you, very complicated.

“I’m kinda complicated” Be, if you want to. But if you would like some energy for stuff, you want to do. Let’s do some unknotting then.

The basics

Let’s start with the basics. Stuff you do every day.

Sleeping, eating, moving.

Sleeping

Forget everything you know and start doing what your body is telling you to do.

When you wake up at 8:00 am and still feel tired. Maybe you need more sleep. I know you should be hard mother…, or tuff or whatever. But I don’t know if the motivational people on YouTube should be your authorities over when to sleep. What about your body being one?

So move the needle of waking up and going to sleep according to him. When you wake up okay. And when you go to sleep okay.

The way you would know if you hit the right time is: “You wouldn’t be asking if it’s the right time.” You would know it.

Eating

Forget what you think is bad or good for you and whatever the frick. And do what your body tells you to do.

I am scared of this. Because it would really demolish some hardcore thoughts you were probably building for whatever reason.

And now, you invested a lot of energy and you would eat the ice cream in the evening? Well. You don’t need to. But if you notice the knot. Consider it.

Moving.

Forget, and just do.

You should be doing push-ups. You should be running. You should be weight lifting. Just shut up. Shut the fuck up.

What about, you should be having fun when moving. Want to do archery. Do archery! Want to walk? Walk. Want to sit on a couch indefinitely. Sit, and see how it is. You are working on your body either way.

Maybe just do something that you have fun moving. Dancing to a song while cooking. I don’t know. Something. You just don’t need more of things to be told to do, and start with the things you are having fun with to do.

And among all of it. Among all of them find if there is unknotting happening. How does it feel like? Harmony, peace? If you don’t give a frick whether someone approves it. Not in a mean, I don’t care way. No. You care, but you are somehow okay with what you do. Strangely fine.

I believe that if you resolve the basics. You would become a beautiful simpleton.
